Our CFA Mentor-Mentee application period is open!
 

The Mentor-Mentee program is available for high school students to gain volunteer hours. The application period will close 9/15/2020 and applicants will be notified by 09/30/2020. Current CFA players with a minimum 1 year CFA playing experience are preferred but not required.

Over the years we piloted a mentor-mentee program by pairing experienced high school players with younger beginners at CFA. It went so well that we have decided to support the Mentor-Mentee program full-time as many high school players have requested to be Mentors for the upcoming 2020/21 season! Mentors help out during games and keep the younger players organized in training, while learning a ton about the coaching side, leadership, and empowerment. This year our mentor-mentee program will allow high schoolers to use the time toward volunteer hours. The mentor-mentee program is open to both high school boys and girls. High School players (2003-2005) must fill out an application to be considered for the position.
